Common Questions

We already have the ACN large-dish system, do we need to purchase anything?
No! Most of the ACN large dish installations can already receive the new ACN Home Channel. Call 800-ACN-1119, #4 for assistance if you are not receiving it.

We already have a digital receiver and small dish that can receive 3ABN on GE 4, do we need to purchase anything?
No! Just visit www. acn. info to learn how to tune in the new channel.

I have Sky Angel, DISH Network or DirecTV— do I need to buy anything?
YES! ACN cannot purchase time on those networks so you will need one of these packages if you want ACN/ ATN. ACN does not charge a subscription fee on AMC 4.

Equipment Setup & Instructions

We have prepared two instruction manuals for setting up your equipment. The first option will configure your system to pick up all ACN programming. The second option, with some added steps will allow you to also pick up both the ACN and 3ABN digital signal. It takes a bit more effort, but by carefully following each step you should by good results.
